Sue C's Ketchup Peppers

Here is Sue C's recipe for the Ketchup Peppers:

Fill jars with sliced peppers, onions, green peppers.

2 cups ketchup

2 cups sugar

2 cups cider vinegar

1 cup of olive oil

Mix all of the above and bring to a boil.

Pour ketchup mixture over peppers in jar leaving about one inch head space. Boil in canner 15 minutes. Ketchup mixture fills about 5-6 pint jars.

This can be used on hamburgers, fried potatoes, or crackers w/cream cheese.
